I don’t often eat at IHOP but I was asked by employees to take them for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised. Big brand fast food chains usually have poor service but sitting with Jose A was like being at a really nice restaurant. He conducted himself like he was in a very formal situation. He moved back and forth between English and Spanish so everyone was comfortable in asking questions and placing orders. This guy is top tier. He should be promoted to a corporate trainer position.
