Andrea the server was AMAZING! She recommended not to get the ice coffee and told us to get regular coffee. That I did and added Carmel syrup amazing and fresh coffee. This day date with my boys one whom just graduated today. The manager took care of his meal for free. My son ordered the Tres Letches pancakes they were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS I must recommend. If coming to IHOP on Washington Blvd Andrea the server I would request again an again. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Andrea was my server and she did an amazing job! I wasn't in the best mood when I arrived, and her stellar service and attention to detail...really changed my perspective and attitude. She has helped me in the past...but I'm just glad I remembered to ask for a way to voice my appreciation for what she does and has always done here! The food was amazing and the location is clean and comfortable to dine in. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long wait to be seated, there was only one couple eating. Food took a long time to arrive and had to tell the waitress that I didn't get my pancakes that came with my meal. She was the only waitress at 9 am and she was doing her best! Meal type: Breakfast
