Went to IHOP for a mid day meal with my girlfriends, Sheriff was a great waiter. The kitchen had misplaced our order and it took longer than normal to get our food but Sheriff handled the mishap professionally and respectfully. He kept us informed and checked on up in good intervals. My friends and I were able to talk and catch up and had a great time. The food was delicious and over all everything was clean and the atmosphere was good. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Worst experience ever. We entered and sat almost immediately. Our waiter, Pradeep, was amazing and friendly. Got us our drinks and took our order. Thats where the trouble started. It took the kitchen staff OVER an HOUR to make our food. Tables that were sat after us got their food before us. Another table had a 3-top and only 1 person got their food. Again they were sat after us. Watching and waiting, Pradeep kept cool and provided crowd control as his section kept waiting and waiting. Finally, the table next to us walked out then the 3-top. We finally got our food and it was cold, almost like it had been sitting. Now I know it wasn't Pradeep becuase he kept asking for our food. Finally the food came out and our pancakes were missing. He apologized profusely and went into the kitchen to get a status. He must of asked 50 times over the course of 30 min for our pancakes. Finally, when I threatened to walk, one of the pancakes showed up. The other he went back to ask again (cinastack). And again. And again. Finally, the cook Gracie made the pancakes and slammed them at the pass almost like it was an inconvenience to her to do her job.She was really disrespectful to him because he kept asking for an item that takes literally seconds to make. Then when they got to the table, there were half-assed made. I been to plenty of Ihops and know what they supposed to look like and this is what we got. And the silverware that was given to us was filthy. Pradeep apologized for that and got us new ones but it shouldn't have come to that. We spent 45 dollars today and the service from the kitchen was lower than sub-par. Our waiter Pradeep did amazing however but he could only go so far if the kitchen was being pathetic. ASOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER THAT I RECEIVED IN ANY RESTAURANT. My advice, take your money to another IHOP. The kitchen here will make you regret your food choice. I know we did. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

When we arrived, the host was busy calling out names and seating other guests. We stood there waiting, clearly visible, but no one greeted or acknowledged us. After standing around for a while confused, other customers finally informed us that we were supposed to write our names on a piece of paper at the front desk ourselves because no one had explained the process to us. We added our name and continued waiting, still without any communication from the staff. At one point, we were honestly considering leaving and going somewhere else because we felt completely ignored. Right as we were about to walk out, someone finally called our name and seated us. We tried to be understanding because it seemed like they may have been understaffed, so we didn’t make a big issue out of it. However, once seated, we again waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order. After ordering, we waited an entire hour for our food. The biggest issue throughout the entire experience was the lack of communication. No one updated us, acknowledged the delays, or checked in with us at any point. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing dining experience.
