I'm a fan of pancakes and I've tried more than 10 IHOP restaurants all over the country. I've been to this store twice and the pancakes provided by this IHOP is the BEST ever! The pancakes are fluffy and the edges are crispy. LOVE IT! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Noise level: Loud, but you can still talk Group size: 2 people, 3-4 people Wait time: No wait Seating type: Indoor dining area

I am really not a fan of chain restaurants but what sets this place apart from others is their customer service. Servers are very attentive and always smile, they are very welcoming and I truly appreciate it. Food is also great and fresh, decent prices and I am looking forward to my next visit. For Thanksgiving, my dog and I were alone. I knew I would be working so I pre-ordered. When I got off early, I called it see if I could pick up prior to 4 pm. They were confused and said they were closing at 4. Fine, glad I got off early and called! It took a manager tofind my order. When I picked it up, confused again. Then, when I got home and ate the dried out food and stuffing that was a hard ball, I was beyond upset. No roll, nothing. Paying $18 to get crap food and an almost missed order due to corporate taking online orders but not letting customers know the pickup was too late, is incomprehensible. Yeah, happy Thanksgiving to you!! Not. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
