There was one cook, the waitress was fighting back and forth out loud. Horrible employees, short staff. Didn't take our order for at least an hour. Fussing outlook. I love IHOP but my experience tonight was not great. Food is usually very good. Tonight it was not. Did not finish our meal. Presentation of food was pretty but taste was not great. Waitress I believe her name was Amber made the atmosphere uncomfortable. She complained about her job her pay and everything else she could think of to complain about loudly. Confronting her coworker who was a manager over her at the time about how she did her job. Confronting her in front of the other staff and customers. There is a time and a place to do that and it’s not in the front of others. Very loudly outspoken about how she is tired of her job and how much she makes and that it’s time for her to find another job. Usually IHOP is a great place to go and great food nice environment but tonight no it was not. So yes I paid for our food and no I did not tip. I always tip but honestly I couldn’t tip her for a job she did when all she did was make our visit not worth being there. Amber in all reality you have got to DO BETTER!!!
