The inside was very clean, we had an amazing waitress and the food was good and came out quick. I was a little hesitant stopping in an unfamiliar area but I’m glad I did. Our waitress was so sweet and did her job above and beyond Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the experience the food was so good, I never had food this good in my entire life, I wouldn’t even share my waffles. Elenor (the waitress) she was so nice and engaging with us and so funny if it’s your first time here get the Oreo waffle it’s so good trust me. This is by the far the best IHOP I have been to in years. They were packed yet, every server was polite and kind which is much appreciated. It was my server, Tabitha, first day alone and she did a great job. I will definitely be back sooner than later! Thank you for a fantastic start to my Mother’s Day Weekend!
