They change their hours when they want, still accept online orders during closed hours because their app says 24 hours on saturdays, then refuse to give a refund despite filing 3 complaints with no follow up in a month. Frustrating when they hang up upon calling too! Quite literally theft and no follow up is sad. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We tried to go to IHOP for breakfast last night at 12:30 am. I checked the hours that said open 24/7. We drove there to find the outside lights off. When we pulled in the inside lights turned off. So we drove back home and I cooked. Thanks IHop Not to mention the last time we ate at IHOP I ordered sausage and got hot dogs!! GROSS Service: 1
