I had another wonderful experience at IHOP! The food was delicious as always—fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of and felt welcomed throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing a great dining experience. This isn’t our first time here, and every visit has been consistently excellent, which is why we keep coming back. Thank you to the amazing team for your hospitality and hard work. My server, Natnael, was incredibly polite and attentive to me. Despite dining alone, he treated me with the same level of respect and care as if I were the head of a party. He was also very efficient and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came to celebrate my niece's graduation. June 2, 2026. We arrived at 9:30pm and were the only tables there. Moments later more tables were filled with more guest. The server took our drink order and then our food order. We started to drink and noticed that after our drinks 1 hour went by without food, check in, drink refills, Nothing!! Just waiting. As we are waiting we notice that tables that came after us received their food and we were still waiting. By this time it is 11pm. I approach the kitchen and asked why others are being served and we don't even have our food but tables that were seated after us ate before we did. This experience was by far the worst dining experience. We started getting our food at 11:10pm and everyone was finally eating at 11:20pm. Almost 2 hours after arriving. What made it worst is as we ate the food. We still didn't have our drinks. I don't even want to give a star. Service was horrible. Even the Strawberries we ordered were wrong. The food was not worth the wait and being served so late felt like a disrespect of our time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
