I've been to a lot of IHOP locations and have had many waiters and waitresses that have done a pretty good job .......well today I had the pleasure of having Merannda as my waitress and I must say, she was by far the best waitress I've ever had! She was nice, she was extremely tentative, she spoke to me and not at me, she was very professional and if I could I would take her away from that place and let her live like the queen she appears to be. I don't ever want to have another waitress again because they will all fail miserably at living up to the bar Merannda has set today. Good job and p.s. she was very cute as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Gracie was our server, We just wanted to say how much we absolutely loved having you as our waitress Your bright smile and friendly vibe truly made our day so much better. You went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful service and positive energy you brought to our table. We went from having the worst day ever to our spirits being lifted! We should have turned around when we pulled into the parking lot and found beer cans and vomit — but it was early Sunday morning and we decided to give it a chance. That was a mistake. The restaurant was filthy. That's really the core issue. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this place failed badly on that front. The food wasn't enough to make up for it either. To make matters worse, the restaurant has been running radio ads promoting a breakfast special around $6–$7. When we asked our waitress about it, she told us that location doesn't carry that promotion. Breakfast for four ended up costing nearly $100. That's steep for any breakfast, but felt especially hard to swallow given the condition of the place. The one and only bright spot was our waitress. She was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at her job. She deserves better than the environment she's working in. Save your money and find somewhere cleaner. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
