I recently ordered an omelet and pancakes for pickup from this IHOP. When I arrived with my daughter, the receptionist asked how many people, and I told her I was picking up an order. She asked for my name, and after I told her, she replied, "Randy?" I repeated my name, and she responded that they were busy, and it would take a while. I said that was fine and we’d wait. After a few minutes, I asked if it would be possible to cancel the original order and just get a new order of pancakes since that's what my daughter really wanted. She replied that canceling would take even longer and suggested I just wait for the original order. So, I sat and waited. When my order finally arrived, the staff member looked at the name and said, "I don't know how to say this name," before setting the order down. I went up to check, and it was mine. After driving 25 minutes home, I discovered the pancakes were missing, and only the omelet was in the bag. I called the restaurant to ask if they could deliver the missing pancakes, but they said they couldn’t and would just refund me for them. I had to drive nearly an hour round trip just to get pancakes for my daughter. I requested a full refund for the inconvenience, and they said they would let the manger know . Four days later , today , I called again, the receptionist answered, then hung up on me twice. On the third call, the she told me they were busy and offered to take my number for the manager to call me back. I left my number, but I still haven’t received any follow-up. Service: 1
