As a foodie, I couldn’t resist the idea of trying a new Italian restaurant. To my surprise, the Chef is Italian which is a huge plus. I always wanted to try authentic Italian food in Damascus. The view of the restaurant is spectacular, you can enjoy the view of تكية سليمانية. We went for dinner to try the dishes of IL Don. We ordered appetizers, drinks, main dishes, and dessert. Our appetizers were Bruschetta, Eggplant Parmigiana, Citrus Salad, Shrimp cocktail, and Spinach Shrimp Soup. I loved the Bruschetta extremely fresh and light. I recommend trying it. For the main dishes we ordered Cheese Ravioli, Salmon Risotto, Scaloppine Di Vitello ai Funghi، and Costine di Agnello Scottadito. I would recommend the Risotto, it was light and creamy. The Ravioli was cooked to perfection airy and light. While the stuffing was full of flavor. The Lamb and beef were cooked to a medium rare level. They were juicy and not chewy. For dessert we ordered Tiramisu, it was light, creamy, and spongey
