Best crust in town, hands down. The levenning of the dough takes 24 hours. That makes the crust thin, but not crunchy and not chewy. Just right. We are impressed.

Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, con un espacio agradable y una atención muy cordial. Las pizzas son sabrosas y amplias en ingredientes (de mar y carne), con una base de tomate deliciosa pero para mi gusto se pasa en queso. Es una muy buena la experiencia en il gondoliere
