We had the cappriciosa pizza, great bread texture, in the photos here seemed heavy but it is actually very soft, which makes it very good. The ingredients were all fresh and the combinatioj of flavours amazing. We forgot to take a photo. However, we were in time to take a picture and video of the incredible tiramissu! Wuahhh fantastic. Creative, big enought ( in other restaurants the size is usually a disapointment, but not here). I felt like i was eating a dessert in master chef. Very original flavours also, there is a touch of a licor. Perfecto! Congrats to the chef! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Oh. My. God. What an incredible pizzeria. My husband and I were originally going to eat Pinsa for dinner but the place we wanted to go to was closed, so we decided to go and get a pizza instead. I am so glad we did as we ended up in this absolute gem of a place. We knew we were in for a treat when we saw how busy the restaurant was, but despite this, the wonderful wait-staff Francesco and Anna went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. My husband had the Parmigiana and I had the Satix, which were both incredible. The toppings were fresh, flavourful and plentiful but the star of the show was absolutely the dough. It was so light and fluffy it was like eating a cloud. I usually struggle to finish a whole pizza, but because the dough was so light and the pizza was so delicious I ate the whole thing with immense pleasure and genuinely felt sad when I got to my final slice, as I didn't want the meal to end. I really must emphasise how wonderful Anna and Francesco were once more, as Francesco was absolutely hilarious whilst speaking to us and Anna was incredibly kind for the lovely shot of limoncello she gave us as we went up to pay. The chef is a (misunderstood, as he says) genius and I look forward to my next visit to Cefalù so I can come and eat here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! One of the best pizza i ever tried. We took one simpler version (Margherita rota of cart) and one interesting one (Carrot). Smoked buffalo provola that was in Carrot pizza was so delicious that i don’t have enough words to describe. Prices are above average for my standard, but in line with other restaurants here, howver totally worth it.
