I have had ramen many places in Tokyo. My favorite place remains Tokio in Denver. ILE Ramen here in Cagliari is very much like that, with authentic noodles and a rich, thick and flavorful broth. I had the spicy miso ramen. And I am impressed. You can see and taste the details of the ramen, which the chef and the owner really put an effort into. The broth, the egg, the meat, and the combination of everything are all superb.
