This is one of these magical places in Tokyo, or generally in Japan, that stops me and make wonder "how such a business is even possible?". And don't get me wrong: I admire owners of such joints, I love their atmosphere, I am happy as can be they exist and I have the privilege to visit them from time to time. I just have no idea how this operates on business level, how it is possible to maintain such endeavour. But I am glad apparently somehow it works, that they are there to visit. It is a very small cafe, especially in winter times, as it accommodates two pairs of customers at the same time. Locate on the side of Kanda Myoujin where especially around New Year there are thousands of people flowing around, yet it maintains this very low profile and quiet mood. We can see on the tables polite request not to keep the place longer than 90 minutes to give a chance to others to enjoy it. The place serves coffee, matcha or jasmine tea. Period. Three things literally (with some complimentary sweet piece). But this is all as should be. You just get here, sit, get your drink from a very nice lady serving there and enjoy a moment of peace looking into decorations inside and the tree outside. So ok, I am a bit of a "freak" about almost everything Japanese, but this is what I am coming here for and enjoy the most. Thank you for the experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
