Come here for some rest after a long walk around Ngjallja e Krishtit Cathedral. Some visitors like good coffee at this restaurant. There is a beautiful view from IN Gallery Hotel & Spa Korçë. Badly regretting my money spent on this one!!!! The rooms are horrible. The smell is horrible and even though they charge more than the average, you do not have even a bottle of water in your room of 80€. The stuff stored in the fridge is not cold (ridiculous)! Called the reception and no one answered so I had to dress up again at 10pm and beg the staff at the bar for a cup of tea. Impossible. They refused to serve tea even though I explained I was a hotel client and wasn't feeling very well. Writing this review while sitting at the hotel lobby with my bottle of (purchased) water and considering not to shower tomorrow cause of the terrible dirty-looking towels. Never again here! I'm very disappointed about this. We had booked 2 weeks in advance and really excited to visit this hotel and its services. After 6 hours of driving we went to the hotel and they told us that reservation wasn't kept. They told us that they didn't have any rooms left and was fully booked. The only thing that they could of done is to find us another hotel. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
