Tinka is Tasmania at it's finest. We just happened to pass through Launie and found ourself at this gem. The staff are lovely and the coffee is up there with the best I've tasted. But the food is exquisit! With a middleastern bent, the menu is too good to choose from. The granola with mango panna cotta is still blowing my mind. You can't drive past Tinka. Enjoy! Tinka Coffee Brewers is an absolute gem in Launceston! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The service was top-notch, and the staff, especially the friendly girls, made us feel right at home. But let’s talk about the coffee – it was nothing short of sensational! I’m a coffee lover, and I was blown away by the rich flavors and perfect brew every time we visited. In fact, we couldn’t resist going back three times in just four days. And it’s not just about the coffee – their meals were a whole new level of deliciousness. The quality and presentation were outstanding. Each dish felt like a work of art on a plate.
