Located on Kumochi Street, INDIGO offers a blend of stylish café vibes and traditional Japanese cuisine. Patrons can enjoy dishes such as Sanuki udon and tempura, enveloped in a chic atmosphere that adds to its unique dining experience. Despite having a minimal presence on popular restaurant directories, and only a brief listing on Foursquare, the restaurant does attract a curious crowd looking for something different in Naha.
INDIGO serves brunch and lunch, with beer available to complement their menu selection. The operating hours accommodate both early and late diners, open from Tuesday to Friday between 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and again from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. On weekends, it welcomes guests from 11:30 AM until 7:30 PM. While the restaurant's details and recent events are sparse, reviews suggest an enjoyable setting for those intrigued by a mix of contemporary style and Japanese culinary tradition. Regular patrons might note the lack of updates from management, with the most recent feedback coming from visitors two years ago.

The best restaurant in all of Naha! We went back two days in a row. We tried both warm and cold udon and both was amazing! They make the udon fresh in house and it’s the best I’ve ever tried, the texture is spectacular and the broth was amazingly rich. We got it with vegetables and shrimp tempura and it was honestly the best tempura I’ve ever had it is light and has an amazing crunch and flavor. The staff there is amazing and made us feel very welcome. They don’t have a menu in English but they explained the menu to us and showed us pictures of the different things, which i think is better than the menu. Thank you so much for amazing food and being so nice to us. We really appreciate it Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great little Udon restaurant we wandered past and decided to go in. The menu is all in Japanese so if you do not read Japanese I’d suggest having a way to translate, otherwise the owners/chefs helped us to understand the menu and gave recommendations. They were very friendly and helpful even though they were busy they took the time to talk through the order with us. Food was fresh and delicious, would definitely eat here again! Thanks for a delicious meal Indigo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
