Quiet - Atmospheric - Delicious Fantastic little local gem. Went for lunch and was greeted by the locals, lovely people despite the language barrier. Delicious and cheap daily meals in a small jazz atmosphere. Place was nice and clean and service 5. I imagine the bar is lively at night, but I'll have to go back and see for my self. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
