The cocktails here are exceptionally good. Every single one—from the aroma and taste to the mixing technique—is crafted with incredible precision, like a work of art. Sugai San doesn’t just make cocktails to absolute perfection; if you're open to it, he can also create surprises based on your personal preferences. A few of the drinks I had left me truly "shocked" in the best way. The three of us had 12 drinks on the first night and 15 on the second—every single one was brilliant. I also have to mention the food. We ordered the curry rice, which was delicious, but the porcini mushroom pasta was simply divine. At first, we thought maybe we were just tipsy and everything tasted great. But when we went back the next night, we ordered different pasta flavors and confirmed it once again: this is a "must-order pasta." Lastly, beyond the food itself, it's the entire experience. Here, you can truly witness an artist— using his drinks, his space, his food to tell the stories he wants to share. It's deeply moving and incredibly inspiring. And we were fortunate enough to step into the world he has created and feel the stories he wants to tell. It was an evening of deep sensory pleasure and heartfelt happiness. Thank you so much for choosing our bar from among so many others. I've been a bartender for nearly 20 years, and that was the first time I've ever made so many whiskey sours. I think I'll be having carbonara for dinner for a while (laughs). I also enjoyed talking with you all.
