Honestly, used to love coming here for an excellent movie experience. However, my last experience is gonna stop me from coming back for several years. We went to see the Odyssey here on Sunday, Sept 13 at 6pm. C5/C6 seats. Got handed a pathetic, abbreviate menu of mostly bar food. Extremely limited beer and beverages. Ordered one drink and app. Got it and got handed the bill 15min later. Got ZERO service the rest of the movie. Put on a call light that was ignored. Finally got up and went to the bar on my own for a second drink. Missed some of the movie in the process. Completely unworth the cost of the movie tickets. Zero service. Won’t be coming back.

Diamond at IPIC was super sweet and accommodating! Her service was great and she never failed to check up on us. She really does deserve a raise and we hope we see her again soon when we come back. Love you girl thank you for making our first experience at IPIC theaters amazing!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80
