[2024.4] I had Ippei Ramen (450 yen). The light soy sauce sauce is coated with lard, adding richness and sweetness. The curly noodles are medium thick and have a firm texture. It looks like Hachioji ramen, but the soy sauce is softer and the noodles are slightly thicker and curlier, giving it a slightly different flavor.
