Was on our way to Ivy Pho in Drayton Valley but found an Ivy Pho in Calmar so decided to try it out here. Could tell it was a family run restaurant with wife husband and their two year old daughter. Ordered the large special pho with brisket flank steak tendon and tripe. The portions were huge! Tendon was soft and melt in your mouth consistency. Pho was flavorful but not salty. I ate everything but left some broth because I was really full My wife ordered the regular size pho and she was full. You can order with extra meat for $4 but honestly there's so much you don't need extra meat. Been looking for a decent pho place in Edmonton lbut it's been tough. Calmar is about 45 mins from our place. Not too far away if we want a pho fix. Will definitely come here again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
