Food is great and very delicious. The menu may have slight differences, but they stay true to the original concept (e.g., falafel is served as a sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and their “toumia” sauce, so you should specify if you want it in a sandwich or on a plate (I recommend the sandwich, its more delicious) The only downside is the chairs they're not very comfortable, hope they change them. Background: The owners are two Palestinian men supporting their families in Palestine. One is about to become a specialized anesthesia nurse, and the other is a PhD law student in Rabat. They’ve worked in different cities across Morocco before opening this place in Salé. Their story is truly inspiring!!
