Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire place felt magical completely surrounded by snow, beautifully crafted ice structures, and a peaceful Arctic vibe. The sauna experience was a highlight. The traditional Finnish sauna was deeply relaxing, and stepping out into the cold afterward was refreshing and energizing. The snow sauna added a unique twist.it’s not something you get to experience everywhere. The outdoor jacuzzi in the cold weather made it even more memorable.

We had an unforgettable experience at the SnowHotel in Lapland. Sleeping in a beautifully sculpted snow room was truly unique, surrounded by amazing ice art and peaceful Arctic silence. Everything was very well organized and easy for us, including the guided tour of the SnowHotel, a delicious 3-course dinner at Kota Restaurant, breakfast, and comfortable shuttle transfers from Rovaniemi. We also loved the sauna experiences — especially the snow sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi under the Arctic sky. The welcome drink at the Ice Bar was a fun touch, and the aurora alarm made the experience even more special in case the Northern Lights appeared The whole team was very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Tommy and Imelda for their amazing hospitality and kindness during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a magical Lapland experience! Service: 5

We stayed in one of the glass igloos and paid about €600/night expecting the experience and the views advertised. On the second day, snow completely covered the entire glass roof (despite the claim that the glass would melt snow) so we had no view or chance to see the northern lights. No one came to clear it. Room cleaning service was nonexistent. We explicitly went to the front desk and asked for basic service — empty the bin and change towels for the second night. The staff member (Conchi) said they were busy and asked us to put the “please clean” sign on the window. We did that, and still nobody came. We returned to the desk again and again received no follow-up. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. Food was also very disappointing. The dinner buffet had poor quality and very limited choice. Breakfast wasn’t properly restocked — once items like the salmon were gone, they were not replenished. Overall the food felt cheap for the high price. Extremely poor value for money. Beautiful concept, but the basics — clearing the glass, room cleaning, decent food and staffing — are not being delivered. I do not recommend staying here.
