One time when I went into a store, I was met with complete indifference from the staff, I was constantly ignored. It was as if I was invisible and left with nothing. The last time, I bought several items, and when I checked the receipt later, I discovered that one item had been charged twice. This is not just an oversight; it is a clear sign of dishonesty or gross incompetence. I will never return to this store.

На маленький магазин 5 сотрудников и ни один не подошел ко мне чтобы проконсультировать, пришлось самой одного дернуть, чем он был недоволен. Задала вопрос по наличию товара, мне ответили что сейчас нет данного товара, попросила уточнить наличие в других магазинах, мне ответили что никак не могут узнать наличие товара. Это удивительно, ведь вы одна сеть, выглядело так как будто он не хотел или ему было лень уточнить в других icefish. Пришлось ехать к вашим конкурентам (primestore) и не зря поехала, там меня обслужили самым лучшим образом, хотя там был всего один сотрудник. Это был мой последний визит в ваш магазин.
