I stumbled upon this bar near Central Station by chance. It's incredibly cozy and has a friendly, family atmosphere. If you want to chat with people, this is the place to be! The owner is super nice and knows what she's doing. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

Best bar I’ve been in Japan, people so friendly, locals and tourists, good prices, good ambience, good music and the jewel of the crown, the lady that that runs the place, such a warm lady that loves to interact with everybody, she follows every customer when they leave! Much much love, can’t wait to be back in Kyoto and go for a drink! Price per person: ¥1–1,000
