Look, you're going for the show right.... We made the reservations, easy. Its located in the casino so parking was in a garage(free), you have to walk through the casino to get there, its handicap accessible but not the easiest. Walk in atmosphere is nice, we were seated right away(party of 10). Drinks were served quickly, food was not. After a shortish wait the show began. I normally go into detail but ima keep this one short ans sweet.. For 80ish dollars a person you get a lot of rice and vegetable. The actual portion for the lobster, shrimp, steak, chicken, was small and over cooked. Its still a good show right?! The sake was good, the drinks were good, and service for them was great. And the show. The chef told jokes, interacted with kids and adults, did tricks and had an over all good time. We smiled laughed and enjoyed the company and atmosphere. If you have never experienced hibachi I'd definitely recommend going. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is now one of my favorite places. The service was amazing, our chef was super funny and so much fun to interact with!! The food was delicious, as well. Genuinely a 10/10 from me Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

In response to your message Sophi regarding my review (Karla) because for an unusual reason I am not allowed to respond to your comment. My reaction to your response has left me staggered! I will not tolerate your false accusations of being under the influence of alcohol nor did I cuss at you or no ONE! and of course the individuals from the group of 7 are going to provide a 5 star review because they were not the people who had to be put through an embarrassing, unfair and unpleasant circumstance. I wonder if the roles were to switch most likely they would proceed to leave a negative review, because you are a conflictive person and have tendencies of falsely accusing customers without taking accountability of your poor work ethics and professionalism! I challenge you to post videos to confirm everything you stated is true! because based on other customers reviews that have complaint about the same issue! or coincidentally are we all DRUNK and LYING? I want to clarify we VOLUNTARLY left the restaurant!! We sought for help because I could not believe what we were exposed to. We approached a Security, and explained the situation and asked for the owners contact information, we were advise to fill out a Complaint form, and we were directed to the General Manager of El Dorado casino. We were informed that "your restaurant calls security FREQUENTLY to remove guest because they do not comply to your ridiculous seating arrangements and that many of the LOCALS are aware of the terrible reputation." It was also stated by the Casino manager that unfortunately they could not further assist us because the restaurant is not affiliated with El Dorado Casino. To anyone considering dining at this restaurant be my guest, friendly reminder BE PREPARED TO RECORD! Trust me it will be essential! I'll be anxiously waiting to watch Chef Ramsay's KICHEN NIGHTMARES next episode "ICHIBAN JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE" (not for the food but for the OBNOXIOUS MANAGER SOPHI AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE).
