The omakase-style selection was what caught my attention at Ichijiku Sushi, so I decided to try a few different pieces rather than ordering one large roll. The fish tasted fresh, and each piece had a slightly different texture and flavor that made the meal more interesting. I especially enjoyed the salmon and tuna, which were simple but really highlighted the quality of the fish. A great choice when you want to slow down and actually enjoy your sushi.
