Best ramen :) I'll get my fix monthly the broth is more delicate, not greasy like others in the city, but very tasty! The shoyu ramen is one of the best I've ever eaten. Every time I receive foreigners at home (mainly Japanese), I take them to Ichimon to meet them, and they are always very approved! A leaner menu but all of high quality. The drink they created called Dopperu is delicious and full of personality (it reminds me a lot of the Japanese drink Calpis). Sometimes I go to eat at other ramen houses in the city but I always regret it hahaha! Success to Ichimon!! Vegetarian options: They have vegan ramen!
