Ambiance is good but I think it has seen better days. I don't know how to feel about the extra high slits on the skirts of the servers. It kind of reminds me of the red light districts of Tokyo.
But food is great, not exactly impressive as I've tried better outside of Cebu, but this place is certainly worth every penny. Although it's listed to cost P1000+ for 2, I think that's a bit of an over estimation. Check out my pics, they're missing an order of gyoza and ebi tempura. We were a party of 3 and spent under P1500, drinks included for our entire meal.
