Located just on the outskirts of Sensō-ji in Asakusa, this small ramen shop is known for its beef bone broth—a less common but very satisfying style. The interior is compact and homey, with a straightforward neighborhood feel. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean and comfortable, with an open kitchen right in front of the counter seats that adds to the experience. The ramen itself is excellent. The beef bone broth has a strong, rich flavor, yet remains surprisingly light and easy to enjoy. Toppings like nori and egg complement the bowl well, and the noodles have a nice chew with a proper al dente bite. Overall, a solid and slightly unique ramen spot—definitely worth a visit if you’re around Asakusa. I was walking through Asakusa late at night and got hungry when I stumbled upon Ichiryu. It looked inviting from the outside, so I stepped in. The food was outstanding. I had the Wagyu Ramen and would highly recommend it. The owners were incredibly friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
