This place left me speechless. The first thing that I must highlight is the passion, since I arrived, they sat me in front of the kitchen, from which I could see the chef finishing the dishes, just by seeing how much love the chef put into the dishes, it was great that I was going to be a very good experience. For starters we ordered the tacos, the definition of tech Méx in the best possible sense, they went so well that I decided to order two dishes just for myself. Starting with the chili con carne, full of flavor, incredible. I also ordered the loin Paillard, which was impeccably cooked, a juicy loin and full of flavor. Throughout my visit I saw several people ordering the same dish, the artichoke dip. Curiosity won us over, despite being very full, I couldn't help but try it, and thank goodness I did, what an exquisite, delicious, perfect flavor. I look forward to returning to Ideal!
