First time hoping to add a new espresso shop to my list, pleasant gentleman on the phone/ cashier, when the time came to give a single request to Barista that I wasn’t able to see her head over the machine I started to worry lol, I asked could you pour my espresso right into my cup please, she avoided the request or had no talent to understand why ? She asked ! is it for here or to go, and I said to myself oh fudge here we go another barista doesn’t belong behind that beautiful machine ! Sure enough the espresso was equivalent to Tar Oil . Oh, guess what? This die-hard Starbucks fan has finally seen the light—thanks to a little place called Ideology Coffee. Who knew there was life beyond overpriced lattes and crowded tables? Fast service? Double check. They even bring your food to the table—talk about feeling like royalty! So, if you're searching for the perfect spot to work or chill (and maybe question your previous life choices), this is it. But hey, let's keep this between us—we wouldn't want everyone flocking here, would we?
