Highly recommend!
Now how does a Wyndham quality restaurant run out of lobster & skirt steak (churrasco) on the biggest night of the year?? That’s half of this entree menu, the menu is small! A serious review of management is needed here, a black eye for Wyndham.
The shrimp app was nicely done, however the queso with guava sauce was poor quality. Terrible flavor, very bland, sauce helped a little. The soursop dressing was a great idea for the house Salad.
To call this a Puerto Rican restaurant is a stretch, there was no asopao, Lechón, Empanadillas, Rellenos de papa, or Pasteles! How can you not serve Pasteles?
Like I shared, venue was good, nice bar, attentive wait staff & great potential (fix management). Hire a real Puerto Rican chef too! I hope they address the food menu & stock the correct foods in the kitchen for my next visit to Puerto Rico.
