I loved having a meal at Roberto’s. The space was beautiful great for a romantic date night or an intimate catch up with a friend. The food was delicious and the chef was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend the oxtail gratin and dessert wine! Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For my last night in Tokyo I was getting Italian, and I don’t think I could’ve picked a better place. It was the best pasta I have ever had. The flavor combination was perfect. I was able to walk in and had the place to myself. If you want a very high quality meal without the puffery and 100+ dollar price tag this is your place. My number one Italian lunch in Iidabashi has been updated for the first time in four years! This is Iidabashi ROBERTO! (*Note: We are open for lunch only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and we only accept cash payments! Paradise (as we will call it) is located on the 2nd floor of a fashionable restaurant building just down the stairs next to Tokyo Daijingu Shrine. When you step into the restaurant, you'll find yourself in a cozy space created by the owner/chef, and your heart will be excited even before you eat your meal! Choose your main dish from pasta, risotto, or salad lunch! On my first visit, I ordered Sicilian-style eggplant caponata risotto. The chef is in charge of both the kitchen and the hall. Even though it was a one-time operation, the timing was perfect and the soup -> appetizer -> main dish was served in a course style! In particular, Miura Yasai's ``Hatsukoi Cabbage Bagna Cauda Style Salad'' was exquisite! It was sweet and soft to the core, and the anchovies gave it a flavor that wasn't overpowering, so I felt like I could eat it forever. The main risotto tasted just like the authentic risotto I had eaten three years ago in the Republic of Malta, located south of Sicily, and for a while my brain couldn't keep up with its perfection and high reproduction rate! I am impressed and impressed by the chef's skill in bringing out the best taste of the ingredients without sacrificing the exquisite al dente flavor! Next time I will definitely visit for dinner! (*Additional note: Since the store is not very spacious, I am worried that it will become even more popular and there will be a long line.) However, I would like to share this excitement with as many authentic and discerning gourmets as possible. I wanted to share the truth with you so that you can experience it and feel the joy of food.)
