When I looked inside from the entrance and saw no customers, I had a bad feeling that the food might not be good — and unfortunately, I was right. Because of the cold weather, it was difficult to look for another place for dinner, so we decided to go in anyway. • The chicken donburi was just acceptable, and the soba served with it was very ordinary. • The shrimp nabe udon, however, was hard to describe — I honestly couldn’t tell what it was supposed to taste like. In the end, I had to add furikake just to finish it. Whether I would come back or not feels like the same hesitation as going out in the snow wearing slippers — technically possible, but definitely not something I’d choose to do again.
