Yakiniku Ikuta was one of those places that felt special without trying too hard. The quality of the meat was incredible. Rich, tender, and perfectly suited for grilling right at the table. The atmosphere was warm and intimate, making it easy to slow down and really enjoy the meal instead of rushing through it. Service was attentive, the drinks paired well with the food, and the whole experience felt like a memorable Tokyo dinner rather than just another restaurant stop. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1) Amazing food. I can't recall the last time I've had Wagyu as good as I had tonight. Quality of ingredients stand out. 2) Atmosphere is good. Quiet music and an intimate setting. This was hands down the best steak we have ever had in our lives. No matter where you are visiting from in the world, I can promise you that the steak here is better. Kobe beef is the highest quality Wagyu available, and that is what you find here. The steak was unbelievably tender and flavorful. We tried a few different cuts, and all were delicious. The service was also impeccable. As in all yakinikus, you cook the beef yourself over a grill set in the middle of the table. We were well looked after by everyone at the restaurant - and were shown how to perfectly grill the cuts we ordered. We cannot recommend Yakiniku Ikuta Yoyogi enough — if you are looking to try the best beef that Japan has to offer, eat here. You won’t be disappointed. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
