This place is wonderful. The staff was very friendly, helped us a lot with our language barrier. The cheese and meat board was massive, and delicious to start off with. All three meals we got were amazing. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We found Il Basilico to be an excellent restaurant. The Italian cuisine was beautifully cooked, imaginatively presented and generous in quantity. The wine list was small but the offerings excellent. The staff were friendly, fully tolerant of our limited French and their service was prompt. The restaurant is located in the centre of Rennes and the room was modern and comfortable. The price of the meal was reasonable. I am happy to recommend this excellent restaurant in the beautiful city of Rennes. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
