When we come to Sirollo - we find many small beautiful places. Beaches, parks, mountains, restaurants. And I think this is the coolest thing about Bassotto - it's a place perfect for the town atmosphere. Not intrusive but nice, not flashy but a premium product. With a bench to eat ice cream and watch passersby. Close to the park where, with a view of May and Conero, the second portion tastes even better. But the most important thing - someone persuaded me, 1,300 km from this place, to try this ice cream. I tried. And now I encourage everyone who will be nearby. I won't say which one is the best. My brother and I went there after 4 hours on the road on our roadtrip through Italy. It was our first meal that day and we both tried several flavours. But I they have one sorte of ice cream I have to praise in particular. It was called „Fior D‘Estate“. It was something with cinnamon, lemon and orange. It was so good that we went there in the evening again. I wish I‘d have the recipe to try it myself with my little Ice machine at home. The woman who served us, was very kind (even when there was a queue in the evening in front of the ice cream parlor). Whenever I‘ll come back to Numana, I will get some Ice Cream at „Gelateria il Bassotto“!!
