Good local place with good value. Service is slow and unfortunately had to wait 30min to be told they ran out of the dish I ordered. We had the best time and best meal here just now. We’re staying just up the mountain and have been going to downtown Sorrento most nights, but decided to stay closer tonight and we are so happy we did. Happened to come to this restaurant because the reviews were good and it did not disappoint. The owner was so sweet to us and clearly passionate about the menu options. The red wine was delicious, from Campania. The meat & cheese was so good, the owner made sure to let us know which items to pair with the local honey and fig jam - which was so good I wish I had some to take home. The lemon pasta was insane, better than any other I’ve had here. My husband even liked the eggplant parm and he usually hates eggplant. He ordered the meatballs and said they were some of the best he’s had. And the tiramisu was delicious as well. Regretfully, that is all I took a picture of because we were so hungry and happy with everything before that we ate it too fast. 10/10 would recommend this gem of a restaurant! Franco is awesome. The pizza is great. If you are looking for a pizza around here, Il Buon Boccone is the place to go.
