Thank you Frits for your quick response to my question, sending the correct ring and resending the felt without any problems due to damage. Make sure you order here on time (before 4 p.m.) if you want delicious coffee the next day

Brought our Solis Grind & Infuse Pro for repair. We received a lot of helpful, useful explanations and our device is like new. The coffee is now even better. Great help!!

That such top service still exists today! My Solis vacuum sealer, which was out of warranty but had only vacuumed a few rolls, broke down. The lever (plastic) had broken off, making it impossible to open the device normally. I asked Il Caffè if I could order the part and explained what was going on. As a technician, I could carry out the repair myself. I quickly received an email asking what my address was. The part will be in my mailbox the next day! All this free of charge under goodwill. I didn't expect this at all, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I installed the part immediately! Il Caffè, I can use my machine again and am very grateful to you for the fantastic service! Keep it up!
