Very good food. Excellent wine. Great service. Perfect, as usual. I went to pick up takeaway pizzas at the appointed time. They weren't ready. I was treated to a glass of wine, antipasti...for the wait (10 minutes). On my last visit to Il Carpaccio, I had a somewhat disappointing experience compared to my previous visits. I used to be a big fan of their dishes, but this time I found the quality had dropped somewhat. The tagliatelle I ordered was too salty for my taste, which ruined its flavor a bit. Likewise, the salt-crusted sea bass was also too salty and had a slightly too fried and greasy texture than I expected. However, I must admit that the atmosphere of the restaurant remains very pleasant. The atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming, which is an undeniable strong point of Il Carpaccio. I hope that my comments will be taken into account and that the quality of the dishes will return to its usual level, because I have very good memories of the culinary experiences spent here.
