We chose this restaurant based on the reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the expectations. We were seated quickly and immediately welcomed with fresh bread and delicious olive oil. I ordered the carbonara. It could have used a little more sauce, but the flavor and texture of the homemade pasta were simply outstanding. My girlfriend ordered the seafood pasta. The sauce turned out to be spicy, but when she mentioned it, they quickly and very kindly prepared a new version that perfectly matched her taste. The wine recommended by the hostess paired beautifully with our dishes. We also had the tiramisu, which was simply perfect. Most importantly, the restaurant has an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you genuinely feel appreciated as a guest. On my next trip to Rome, I’ll definitely come back to Il Colibrì. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40
