Tried some ice cream from Negombo outlet today after sometime. Unbelievable the taste is horrible. it has become so ordinary. And also the ladies in the outlet does not know what customer service is all about. Half of the ice creams were melted. Better you guys improve the quality otherwise you will loose all your customers.

The gelato was good. Had one in their Galle outlet. The pista one had that bitter nutty flavour which is rare to find in the world of over sweetened ice creams. Wont have given four star but just for give the icecream the bitter flavour.
