Bacio Rixheim (IL GUSTO) is a charming Italian establishment that offers authentic cuisine in a contemporary ambiance. The interior design is classical and tasteful, with a larger room upstairs for bigger parties. The price range is reasonable, and the location is convenient for those in the Rixheim area or traveling from nearby Basel or Mulhouse.
One of the special features of Bacio Rixheim is its comfortable outdoor seating area. The menu is extensive, with a wide variety of classical Italian dishes. The Spaghetti alle Vongole and Gnocchi ai Quattro Formaggi are both exceptional choices. The wine list offers a good selection of Italian wines, and the almond tiramisu is a must-try dessert.
The service is friendly, quick, and impeccable. The hosts, Aron and Daniela, take care of their guests in a very personal way, making them feel like they are in a private place. Despite being quite chic, the restaurant remains family-friendly.
Overall, Bacio Rixheim (IL GUSTO) is a gem of a place that offers very good, traditional Italian food in a pleasant and modern atmosphere.
