We really enjoyed our dinner at Il Maritozzo Rosso last night. The owners Francesca and Eduardo, were incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu since we weren’t entirely sure what Maritozzi were. They were so welcoming, always smiling, joking, and chatting with us and the other guests. While digital menus are great for the environment and convenient for the restaurant, it would have been a bit easier to navigate if everything were also available on a single paper menu. The carbonara and the Roman-style ragù pasta were delicious, and the meatball Maritozzo was also very tasty. We had the local red wine too, which was lovely at €7 per glass.
