A terrible experience... We chose this restaurant because of the good ratings but were disappointed greatly. We had to pay for the food as soon as we were seated and had ordered. Only after we had paid, a waiter put a paper on our table signifying a reservation scheduled for a time 45 minutes from the point when we had ordered. We received 2 pizzas 40 minutes later, they forgot about piadinas. When I went to ask about the two forgotten piadinas, the personell were utterly confused and it took me quite some time to explain the problem, even though the ordered food was registered and paid for. We received the piadinas 10 minutes later. At this time, the people that had reserved the table were already in the restaurant and waiting for us to leave. The pizzas were fine, but the piadinas were completely cold and dry. Overall, we had the feeling that the owner was trying to fit as many people inside as humanly possible, even at the cost of a lower quality of the food, a lower quality of service and an incredibly cramped atmosphere. Moreover, this restaurant is located in a touristy location filled with hotels and people from all over the world, but despite this fact, the menu was only in Italian. During our stay in Rimini, we found many restaurants with lower ratings and an indisputably better quality. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
