Il Principe e la civetta is a very nice restaurant in a panoramic point of Vietri Sul Mare. The irresistible friendliness of the waiter Giovanni (self-styled local De Niro lookalike...and in fact we noticed some resemblance!) makes it an unmissable place to spend a dinner with soft lights and savoring a delicious spaghetti with Vietri pesto (my partner he was delighted). The house Greek was also excellent, as was the babà and the strawberry and apple liqueurs that concluded the meal. The idea of giving a small ceramic owl as a souvenir seemed very sweet to us, so much so that, having forgotten it on the table due to my proverbial carelessness, we went back at closing time hoping to still find someone there... and here's Giovanni, what's up with it? he gave away two. Advised!
