I'll make Erwin's comment mine: Amazing! This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to (not only in Gran Canaria, anywhere in the world, including Italy). They are passionate about the food and ingredients, and you can taste it. You can sense that they are going for maximum effort, sometimes at the cost of profitability (unlike some tourist traps in the south...). Hence, the pasta and vegetables taste fresh and full of flavors. No compromises. Top service! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu really: ravioli, focaccia, and the pistachio cheesecake... . I would literally go back to Gran Canaria only for this restaurant on a regular basis, but unfortunately that's not sustainable Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious tagliere, great focaccia to eat alone, and outstanding tortelli di zucca. The food reminded me of trips to Italy. Delicious tiramisu. Very good service, and very good value for money.
